Two separate tickets: the metro at EUR 9.00 and the boat from EUR 13.00 do not cover each other.

The metro ends at Piraeus, not at the quay. The Aegina boats leave from Gate E9: check it on the operator's port map, which also marks a ticket point for the Saronic islands at the port gate.
