Bus 50 leaves Bari Centrale from 07:15 to 22:00 every day, every 20 minutes from 09:00 to 19:40 and less often early and late. Bus 16 leaves the airport roughly hourly, so allow for a wait at the station.

Bus 50 is a circle: take it from the stop "Bari Centrale (B)" on Piazza Aldo Moro, outside the station, and get off at Terminal Crociere for the cruise ships or Stazione Marittima for the ferries.

Nothing runs on bus 50 before 07:15 or after 22:00; take a taxi then.
