1 way to Bonn

One way · 2 adults · All service hours · Totals for your whole group

For Cologne generally we recommend the S19 or RE6 to Köln Hauptbahnhof. For Bonn the answer changes.

Take the SB60 express bus from stand 5 outside Terminal 1 (Terminal 2, three minutes later): every 30 minutes from 05:30 to 23:30, then a last bus at 00:30, 41 minutes to Bonn Hauptbahnhof via Konrad-Adenauer-Platz in Beuel (26 minutes), Brüdergasse (36) and Markt (38). The fare is EUR 10.50 an adult (EUR 5.00 a child): a level-2 ticket, EUR 5.50, plus a EUR 5.00 surcharge per person per ride — due even on a 24hTicket, so five people pay EUR 51.40. Buy both in the VRS app or the cashless machine behind the driver; Deutschlandticket and eezy.nrw check-in fares pay no surcharge. The train costs more (level 3, EUR 13.90) and needs a change, with no direct service to Bonn Hauptbahnhof. Nothing runs to Bonn between 00:30 and 05:30 except a taxi. Since 9 February 2026 the bus has been diverted and skips Mozartstraße, Frankenbad, Innenministerium and Beethovenhalle; there is no wheelchair space, and SWB asks powered-wheelchair users to book 120 minutes ahead on 02441 99454545.
