The coaches are the only direct way to Victoria: National Express quotes 60 to 90 minutes and the Green Line 757 is scheduled at about an hour and a half, both running through the night. By train it is St Pancras plus the Victoria line. National Express uses stands N, P or Q at Victoria Coach Station; the 757 stops on Buckingham Palace Road.
