The last Aerobus leaves at 22:00 and the first at 08:30, every day but 25 December. Outside those hours the way into Funchal is a taxi from the rank or a ride-hailing app.

It leaves every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 12:00, then hourly to 22:00, with a few gaps at weekends. Nothing on it before 08:30 or after 22:00, and no service on 25 December.
Some CAM buses between Machico and Funchal, line 113 and the Expresso, also call at the airport, but their timetables give no time at the airport stop. They too take cash only on board.
