Set by Regione Lombardia at EUR 128, in force since 1 July 2024 and confirmed for 2025. It is charged per ride and applies to any address in Milan — a flat fare with no boundary to explain.

Prices marked "from" are starting prices set by the operator. Prices are whole-party totals; group fares are included. Arriving late?
Not everything runs around the clock: the Autostradale coach runs 04:25–00:55, and the Flibco shuttle runs 04:15–23:45, and the Terravision coach runs 05:10–03:40. Outside those hours, the Taxi, predetermined fare to Milan and the Pre-booked private transfer are what remain. Set the hour you leave arrivals and the board keeps only what is running.

Hold luggage carried; the operator states no separate charge.
Going somewhere specific?
"The center" is not one place, and the answer changes
Coaches to Milano Centrale — Autostradale, Flibco and the rest — leave from stops 2 to 5, right outside arrivals. Look for each company’s own colors as you come out; there is no separate coach station to find.
Tickets
Buy online for the best fare, through the Flibco app, from an authorized reseller, or at the stop itself. Seats permitting, Flibco will also sell a ticket on board, but its own online price beats what you would pay at the door.
The taxi rank
Taxis wait at the arrivals exit, door 1, in the airport’s own taxi parking area. It is the only rank — Bergamo airport has just the one terminal, so there is nowhere else to check.
At night
Terravision’s coach runs through most of the night — every 30 minutes until 02:40, then 03:40 — and again from 05:10. Flibco’s first leaves at 04:15, so only 03:40 to 04:15 has nothing scheduled to Milan; the regulated taxi runs all night.
Luggage
Flibco’s fare includes one hold bag up to 25kg and one small cabin bag. Taking more is possible for a small extra charge, arranged directly with the operator before you board.

Tickets are sold online and at the stop, and remain valid in either direction until the QR code is used. If you buy online, be at the stop 15 minutes early.
This is a road journey down the A4 into the middle of Milan. The published hour is the good case.
Departures from the airport run 04:25 to 00:55. Going the other way, Milano Centrale to the airport runs 00:55 to 23:55 — so the last coach out of Milan leaves an hour before the last one leaves the airport.
From EUR 8.00 one way, or EUR 14.40 return, if booked in advance. Children 4 to 13 are quoted from EUR 5.00, also a floor.
The 8 EUR applies only if you book in advance. Turning up and buying is a different, unpublished price.
The ticket is valid for the whole day rather than one departure, so missing a coach is not the disaster it is at some airports.
A booking can be canceled or changed up to one day before departure — not on the day, which is the day a delayed flight becomes a problem.
The operator publishes its airport hours as 04:15 to 23:45. That is 70 minutes earlier at night than the Autostradale coach, which matters only if you are landing late.

Set by Regione Lombardia at EUR 128, in force since 1 July 2024 and confirmed for 2025. It is charged per ride and applies to any address in Milan — a flat fare with no boundary to explain.
EUR 128 is about sixteen times the advertised coach fare. It buys a door and a boot at an hour when nothing else runs, and for one or two travelers it is very hard to justify otherwise.
The predetermined fare covers Milan. There is no predetermined fare to Bergamo, 6 km away, so that ride is metered.
A standard taxi seats four. A party of five is two cars and EUR 256, because the fare is per ride and not per person.

Tariffa C, three zones, valid 90 minutes. ATB states plainly that the airport-to-Bergamo route is charged at this tariff. A group ticket exists and does not help: it needs a minimum of ten people and costs EUR 4.00 a head at three zones, more than a single.
It reaches Bergamo, not Milan. From Bergamo station a Trenord train runs to Milano Centrale, but that is a second ticket and a second leg, and no total for the pair is stated here because neither operator publishes one.
The current timetable is the summer one, in force from 3 August, so the first and last departures change with the season and are not stated here.
ATB's "Family & Friends" fare is urban-zone only and runs on Saturdays and holidays. The airport is three zones, so it does not apply to this journey.

Worth knowing
This airport is in Orio al Serio, next to Bergamo, and is about an hour from Milan by road. Bergamo is a real city with a walled upper town, and if it is where you are going the local bus costs EUR 3.00 and takes 10 minutes. Milan is the long way.
Four companies — Autostradale, Flibco, Orioshuttle and Terravision — run the same coach to Milano Centrale, and not one publishes a fixed adult fare. Buy early and buy direct; the gap between the advertised price and the price on the day is the whole game here.
There is no predetermined taxi fare between the airport and Bergamo, only between the airport and Milan. A taxi into Bergamo is metered, so no price for it appears here.
The airport tells you to check train times at trenitalia.com. The Bergamo–Milano regional service is run by Trenord.
