The £2.50 fare needs Pop Pay As You Go. The card is ordered online with a £5 balance; on landing, only an Android phone can add it, in Google Wallet. Everyone else pays £5.10 at the machine.

Touch in and touch out. A Pop journey left open is charged the maximum fare, and travelling without a valid ticket is a £100 penalty fare plus the single, £50 if paid within 21 days.

Bank cards and phones with a bank card do not open the gates. The machines take them for a paper ticket.

Going back the same day, the all-zones day ticket is £7.00 on paper; with Pop the day is capped at £5.00.

After the 23:07, trains from the airport stop at Regent Centre, 12 minutes out and about 11 short of Monument.
