17 a day, every day, 40 to 80 minutes apart: 07:30, 08:50, 10:10, 11:20, 12:30, 13:50, 14:50, 15:40, 17:00, 17:40, 18:20, 19:40, 20:20, 21:20, 22:20, 23:40 and 01:00.
It stops short of the harbour itself: get off on Poseidonos Avenue and walk along the seafront to the fort.
Only 17 a day. If you have just missed one, the 613 from the same stop goes to the upper town instead.
