Not a regulated fare. The meter runs on the urban tariff inside Reus and the interurban tariff beyond it — the prices the booking engine charges for a pre-booked ride, a commercial arrangement, not an official fare.
The bus beats it at every party size into Reus: seven people pay EUR 28.00 on the bus against EUR 33.17 in a seven-seat taxi.
These are pre-booking prices, not a tariff. Take one from the rank and the meter runs instead.
The legal seat limit is unknown. This firm sells up to seven and refuses eight, but the ordinance that would settle it is not available to check — so seven is one company's policy, not established law.
For Barcelona, no taxi price exists at all. At roughly 100 km on an interurban meter it would be far more than the EUR 17.55 coach.

This is Tarragona's airport and the timetable proves it. The coach to Tarragona runs hourly, seven days a week, takes 22 minutes and costs EUR 2.20 — sixteen departures a day against twelve a week to Barcelona.
Aena says the airport is about 10 km from Reus and about 10 km from Tarragona. The bus to Reus costs EUR 4.00; the coach to Tarragona costs EUR 2.20. The airport is named after the dearer and less useful of the two.
No source anywhere states a distance to Barcelona. Aena publishes none in any language on any page. It is roughly 100 km, which is why the coach takes two hours.
The airport does not claim to serve Barcelona. No distance to Barcelona is published; the only Barcelona price listed is a EUR 200 taxi to Barcelona's own airport, not the city.
Aena's access page lists five bus services with no prices, and eight taxi destinations with prices. Seven of the taxi destinations are on the Costa Daurada; the eighth is Barcelona's airport at EUR 200, not the city.
The city bus charges 2.67 times the normal fare for the airport. Reus Transport prints both figures on the same page: an ordinary single is EUR 1.50, and "Preu del viatge a l'aeroport: 4 EUR".
The T10 card can be shared among several people. From 1 January 2026 it costs EUR 4.20 for ten rides plus EUR 2.15 for the card — EUR 0.42 a ride against the EUR 4.00 airport fare. It is not confirmed valid on the airport route; ask the driver before buying.
