Leave the airport by about 19:00: the 19:10 bus (19:20 on Sundays) meets the 20:12 from Roma Termini, at Civitavecchia at 21:13. The next connection arrives too late for the check-in.

Take the free shuttle from the Fortezza stop, by Forte Michelangelo, to Terminal ADM. It is not the cruise shuttle, which does not stop at the ferry docks.

Every passenger needs an identity document at check-in, children included.

Tirrenia shows its lowest fare without naming the class. A seat or a cabin costs more.

No ride time is published for the taxi between the airports; transfer companies quote 25 to 59 minutes for the same road, and traffic on the ring road decides it.

The fixed fare applies only to licensed Rome city taxis. A driver who approaches you inside the terminal is not the official rank.

Fiumicino has two terminals about 300 metres apart; the fare is the same to either, so name yours.
