A flight three or more hours late, or cancelled at short notice, can be owed up to €600 a passenger under EU and UK rules, depending on the flight. AirHelp charges only if the claim succeeds.

Going somewhere specific?
"The center" is not one place, and the answer changes
Trams leave from the public transport centre at the city end of the terminal: from the arrivals hall, follow the signs and take the escalator or lift up to the walkway. Tram 4 goes through the centre towards Tondi, tram 2 by the harbour towards Kopli; both stop at the Viru Centre.
Finding the stop
Bus 2 to the centre stops on Tartu maantee in front of the car park, a short walk from the terminal. City buses 47, 49 and 65 and some long-distance coaches leave from the public transport centre with the trams.
Tickets
Tap a contactless bank card on the validator as you board for a EUR 2 one-hour ticket, or buy a QR ticket at the machine in the tram and bus waiting area. QR tickets scan only at validators with a reader, always by the front door. Validate every time you board.
The taxi rank
The partner taxis, Forus Takso and Bolt Taxi, wait right in front of the terminal. Fares are not capped by law: each company posts its rates on a yellow sticker on the rear right window, so check it or ask for an estimate before you set off.
Uber and Bolt
Bolt, Forus and Uber all pick up at the airport by app. Bolt shows its pickup point in the app, with the price before you confirm; other companies' cars may stop only at Kiss&Fly in the parking house.
At night
The last tram leaves at 00:45 and the first at 05:20, every day; no night bus serves the airport. Between them the partner taxis at the rank and the ride-hailing apps are the only way into town.

Two tickets: EUR 2.00 for the one-hour tram ticket to Vanasadam, and from EUR 31.90 for a foot passenger on Tallink's fast ferry, one way. The boat price changes with the sailing and the day: EUR 31.90 to 40.90 on the two days checked. Neither ticket covers the other.
Tallink says to arrive an hour before. Registration closes 30 minutes before departure and the gate 20 minutes before; late arrivals need a new ticket.
Tram 2 stops at Vanasadam, in front of Terminal A. Tallink sails from Terminal D, a short walk over the bridge (about 470 m).
The boat is dearer on some days and sailings, and last-minute tickets can cost more, so check the price for your sailing.
