Worth knowing
Every 7 to 8 minutes by day and every 15 in the evening, from the Swiss-side stop "EuroAirport Ankunft". First 04:37 on weekdays and 04:39 at weekends; last 00:39 every day. Then nothing until morning — the line is not in the weekend night network.
If you have a Basel hotel booking, this ride is free — show the confirmation. That is the tariff, not a promotion.
It costs CHF 2.40 more than a city single because the airport is its own fare zone. There is no cheaper ticket for this ride.
Six or fewer of you traveling together: one six-ride card at CHF 33.00 beats singles from six people, and the tariff allows it.
The airport says 20 minutes; BVB's own timetable says 16.
