Bus 300 to Muzeum Narodowe leaves you on the west side, 0.93 km from the Rynek, for PLN 6; the train leaves you at Kraków Główny on the north-east side, 1.04 km away, for PLN 20. At night the 902 stops at Teatr Słowackiego, 0.6 km from the square, 32 minutes from the airport. For Wawel, stay on the 300 one or two stops past Muzeum Narodowe: Jubilat and Rondo Grunwaldzkie are both about 0.65 km from the castle.

The PLN 6 single-ride ticket is valid in zones I, II and III, on the vehicle it is validated in until the end of that run, or for 30 minutes with changes; the 60-minute ticket is PLN 8 if changing to a tram. Children ride free until 30 September of the year they turn seven, then pay PLN 3 to sixteen with a photo ID showing date of birth; foreign students under 26 pay PLN 3 with an ISIC card. Buy from the machine in the arrivals hall (level 0), at the bus stop (cash or card) or on the bus (card only), and validate on boarding.

Luggage. Free — "przewóz bagażu i zwierząt nie podlega opłacie" in the city's price order. A city bus with no hold.

Children under four travel free; PLN 12.60 for a child from four until school age; pupils and students pay PLN 10.20. The ordinary distance table would price this ride at PLN 7.50, and the PLN 10 joint 70-minute KMK+KMŁ ticket is void at this station. Wieliczka Salt Mine is PLN 24 on the same train, about 45 minutes. Buy from the machine on the train, the KMŁ desk on the airport platform 08:10 to 19:45, kolejemalopolskie.com.pl or the KOLEO and Jakdojade apps; the ticket is valid three hours.

Luggage. Free — "przewóz bagażu: bezpłatnie" on the airport's page. A dog is PLN 3.

Hours. Every day: 04:17, 05:17, 06:17, then at :17 and :47 to 22:17, then 23:17, 00:07, 00:57 and 01:47 — 39 departures, 17 minutes to Kraków Główny on every one. On 24 September the three post-midnight trains run via Kraków Mydlniki and take 37 minutes.
