A ticket for Zones 1 and 2 costs EUR 2.10, valid an hour and re-validatable for connections within that hour. Tap a contactless bank card, phone or watch on the bus and again on the métro or tram; one card covers up to five people by tapping again within ten seconds, capped at three trips a day. Bought from the driver it costs EUR 2.40 (EUR 2.50 cash by the airport's page); the TCL E-Ticket app is Android-only. Under-4s travel free; 4–10-year-olds need a free pass on a TCL card. A shareable ten-ride carnet is EUR 20.50 (cheaper than singles only from ten people); the EUR 7.30 Pass Tribu covers two to five people, including at least one child aged 4–17.

Luggage. A city bus, then a métro; no racks, and the bus fills at Genas and Décines on the way in.

Hours. Weekdays the C200 leaves the airport at 05:42, 06:12, 06:42, 07:12, 07:42, 08:12, 08:42, 09:12, then hourly to 14:12, half-hourly 14:52–18:52, then 19:32, 20:32, 21:32 and 22:32; the 23:32 reaches La Soie after the last métro, except on Friday nights. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays it runs hourly 05:17–23:17, and the 23:17 still meets a métro.

Two tickets: the Rhônexpress at EUR 16.30 online or in the app (EUR 17.40 at the machine, EUR 21.40 from the on-board agent), and a TCL Zones 1 et 2 ticket at EUR 2.10 for the métro. The Rhônexpress ticket is not valid on TCL; the on-board agent also sells TCL tickets, or tap a contactless bank card at the métro. Under-12s ride the Rhônexpress free with an adult.

Hours. Rhônexpress from the airport at 05:00, 05:30 and 06:00, every 15 minutes by day, down to 23:30; each reaches La Soie 21 minutes later, and Métro A runs from La Soie every few minutes. The 00:00 Rhônexpress reaches La Soie at 00:21, after the last métro on most nights.

The C200 to Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, then Métro A, reaches Bellecour on the same EUR 2.10 ticket: 17 minutes on the métro from La Soie. From the Rhônexpress, get off at La Soie after 21 minutes rather than riding to Part-Dieu, and buy a TCL ticket from the on-board agent for the métro.
