A private car to your door: €40 for four
Four pay €20 on the Expres Aeropuerto. The car meets you in arrivals and takes you to any address in Madrid in about 25–50 min, at a price fixed when you book ahead with Welcome Pickups.

Journey times are 30 minutes to Terminal 1, 35 to Terminal 2 and 40 to Terminal 4, so which terminal you are at changes the answer by ten minutes.
Your season pass does not work on it. The Abono Transporte covers every other city service and this one is the stated exception.
