ANM's own page says 15 minutes to the station and 35 to the port; ANM's own timetable schedules 18 to 23 and 40 to 50 by day. Plan on the timetable.
If ANM's luggage rule is applied on this bus, a large suitcase needs a second EUR 5 ticket, and with a bag each the taxi wins from three people. The Alibus page does not say either way.
Last bus from the airport is at midnight. The airport itself is closed 22:30 to 03:30 except for delayed flights.

Say "tariffa predeterminata" before the car moves. The driver must accept, give you a receipt with the route and amount before departure, and show "F0.00" on the meter. A running meter means the ordinary tariff, with a EUR 5.00 airport supplement and EUR 0.50 a bag on top.
Ask for a larger car if there are more than four of you. The tariff adds EUR 5.00 for a 7- to 9-seat taxi, which is EUR 26.00 for five to eight — still cheaper than six Alibus tickets, and a family of eight rides for EUR 3.25 each.
The fare is a zone, not an address list. Stazione Centrale, Piazza Garibaldi and the ZTL Centro Storico are EUR 21.00; the port and Piazza Municipio are EUR 24.00; the seafront hotels, Mergellina and Vomero are EUR 28.50. For anywhere else the meter runs.
No authority publishes a taxi journey time. The figure here is the Alibus's scheduled time over the same road; Naples traffic decides the rest.
A shared "taxi collettivo" at EUR 6.00 a head, luggage included, leaves from near the Viale Ruffo di Calabria roundabout once three passengers have gathered, for the station and the port. It is voluntary for drivers and has no fixed hours, so do not plan a late arrival around it.
It is the only option here that certainly runs all night, and the price does not change at night.

The stop is outside the airport, on Viale Umberto Maddalena. ANM's stop coordinates put it about 430 metres from the Alibus stop; no authority describes the walk.
It does not serve Piazza Garibaldi or the port. For Napoli Centrale or a ferry, this is the wrong bus.
Frequency varies from every 8 minutes at weekday peaks to every 50 on Sunday afternoons; the timetable is on ANM's line page.
Lines 180 and C68 also pass the same stop and neither enters the centre.

Worth knowing
From 1 to 30 November 2026 the airport is closed for runway works and its flights use Salerno Costa d'Amalfi instead, so check which airport your ticket names. GESAC and Busitalia Campania run eight extra coaches a day each way between Salerno airport and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, timed to the flights, at EUR 12 a ride paid on board by card; shared taxis at fixed fares run between Salerno airport and the main stations of Naples and Salerno. In that month ANM runs the Alibus only from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.
The taxi is EUR 21.00 per car to Stazione Centrale, Piazza Garibaldi or any address in the old town's ZTL, 24 hours a day, with every supplement included. Five to eight people in a larger taxi pay EUR 26.00. Four people pay EUR 20 on the Alibus and five pay EUR 25; from six the taxi is cheaper, at EUR 3.25 a head for eight.
Ask for the fixed fare before you set off — the driver may not refuse. The driver must hand you a receipt with the route and amount before leaving, and the meter should show "F0.00". If the meter is running instead, you are on the ordinary tariff: EUR 4.00 by day, EUR 7.50 at night, plus a EUR 5.00 airport supplement and EUR 0.50 a bag.
The Alibus is EUR 5 and goes to the station and the port, not the old town. It leaves the airport every 5 to 15 minutes from 05:30 to midnight, stopping at Piazza Garibaldi for Napoli Centrale, then Porta di Massa for the island ferries and Molo Beverello for the hydrofoils. Buy the "UNICO Alibus integrato" version at the same EUR 5: it adds 90 minutes on the metro and city buses, which the plain single does not. No ordinary ticket, pass or Artecard is accepted on board.
Anm line 182 stops on Viale Umberto Maddalena, the main road along the airport's southern edge, about 430 metres from the Alibus stop, and reaches Piazza Cavour, the Archaeological Museum and Piazza Dante in a scheduled 17 to 23 minutes for the EUR 1.30 single. It never goes to Piazza Garibaldi or the port, it is a city bus with city-bus luggage rules, and nobody signposts the walk.
The airport itself is shut from 22:30 to 03:30 except for delayed flights. The Alibus runs until midnight; between midnight and 05:30 the fixed-fare taxi is what remains, at the same EUR 21 or EUR 26 it charges by day.
A shared "taxi collettivo" runs airport to Stazione Centrale to Molo Beverello at EUR 6 a head, from a stand near the Viale Ruffo di Calabria roundabout, about 100 metres from Arrivals, leaving 15 minutes after the first three passengers arrive. Drivers join it voluntarily, so it has no fixed timetable. For three people with suitcases it is EUR 18 against EUR 21 for a car of your own.
ANM's page says 15 minutes to Stazione Centrale and 35 to the port; its own timetable schedules 18 to 23 minutes by day and 40 to 50 to the port, falling to 13 to 17 and 25 to 30 after 21:00. Allow the longer figure, especially with a ferry to catch.
