Two separate tickets are needed: a Ticket Bus-Tram at EUR 2.05 (reduced EUR 1.05) for the tram, then a Ticket Métro-Train-RER at EUR 2.55 (reduced EUR 1.30) from Villejuif–Louis Aragon. Neither is an airport product — the tram runs on the ordinary tariff. A Navigo Jour day pass at EUR 12.30 covers both legs.

Worth knowing
The airport's hours, not RATP's timetable: Paris Aéroport states "Le tramway 7 circule de 5h30 à 00h30, 7J/7", every 8 to 15 minutes. The métro leg keeps its own hours.
Buy both tickets in the Île-de-France Mobilités app before you leave the terminal. The tram ticket will not open a métro gate and the métro ticket will not validate on the tram.
The tram stop is at Orly 4, not at the métro station under Orly 3. If you land at Orly 1, 2 or 3, the free shuttle to Orly 4 comes first.
It runs on the ordinary tariff, so every pass that is refused at the métro gates — a Navigo Jour, a card of ordinary tickets — works here.
The 40 minutes to Villejuif is the airport's figure for that leg; the same page also gives 45 for the full line end to end. The métro leg is not timed anywhere reachable, so the 80 is the only sourced door-to-door figure.
