The Airport Express reaches the main station in 30–47 minutes for CZK 200, currently stopping on Opletalova street rather than outside the station. The ordinary CZK 50 ticket also gets there: trolleybus 59, then metro A and one stop on metro C, about 40 minutes with changes. At night the 907 takes 40 minutes, hourly from 01:05.

Hours, tickets & luggage

Buy the 90-minute PID ticket: CZK 50 on paper or at a machine, CZK 46 in the app, CZK 55 by SMS. It covers transfers across Prague. The 30-minute ticket will not reliably last the whole trip. Children under 15 and anyone 65 or over travel free, visitors included; children from 10 need proof of age.

Luggage. Free up to 25 × 45 × 70 cm; a larger bag needs a luggage ticket (CZK 25, or 23 in the app) with a 30- or 90-minute fare, and travels free with a 24- or 72-hour ticket. The 24-metre trolleybuses have a baggage area; the metro does not.

Hours. From Terminál 1 (one minute later from Terminál 2), every day. The 04:22 connects with the first metro at 04:45; the 23:32 with the last at 23:55. Every 3 to 10 minutes by day, up to 20 at the edges.

The current fare is CZK 200 one way (an older DPP notice said CZK 100 — expect CZK 200); CZK 100 for a child 6–14 or a dog, under 6 free. Buy from the driver, cards accepted, or at DPP info centres. Valid on this line only — no PID ticket or free travel for under-15s/over-65s applies here.

Luggage. Free; a coach with luggage space, and the tariff lists hand luggage up to 90 × 60 × 40 cm as carried free.

The ordinary 90-minute PID ticket, CZK 50 (46 in the app), as on every night line. Children under 15 and people 65 and over travel free.

Luggage. A standard bus; the ordinary luggage rule applies.

Hours. From Terminál 1 every night at 01:05, 02:05, 03:05 and 04:03 (a minute later from Terminál 2), hourly. The 04:03 turns back at Karlovo náměstí and does not reach Anděl.

Does the Bus 100 and metro B stop at Hlavní nádraží?

No. It runs to Zličín in 18 minutes.

Does the Night bus 910 stop at Hlavní nádraží?

No. It runs to Švandovo divadlo in 36 minutes.

What if my flight arrives late?

Not everything runs around the clock: the Trolleybus 59 and metro A runs 04:22–23:32, and the Night bus 907 runs 01:05–04:03. Outside those hours, the Airport Express (AE) is what remains.
