Worth knowing
Weekdays every 7 to 9 minutes from 06:30 to 20:30, every 14 before that and every 10 to 14 after; at weekends and holidays every 12 to 15 minutes, first train 05:25, last 23:46. Nothing between the last train and 05:21.
The timetable gives 27 minutes to Serdika; the airport says about 20. Traffic never comes into it.
Tap the same bank card at the gates for each person: one card pays for one passenger. Wait for the reader to confirm before you go through.
For the Central Railway Station and the central bus station, change at Serdika to the M2 and ride two stops; for a train to Plovdiv, Iskarsko Shose, the second stop from the airport, connects to the railway.
