Take the buses signed via sentrum, from the platform on the airport side of Flyplassvegen; the other side goes out to Kvaløya.

No cash on board: pay by contactless Visa or Mastercard, in the Svipper app, or at the ticket machine at the stop. A BankAxept-only card is refused.

Buses 24 and 26 from the same stop also reach the centre, by longer routes through the suburbs.

On weekday middays and evenings the single is NOK 30, not NOK 50.

NOK 125 against NOK 50 on city bus 42 or 40, which takes about as long to the same harbour front; its gain is the stop at the door and the hotel stops.

On Saturday the last bus leaves the airport at 17:20; after that, take city bus 42 or 40.

Departures may be moved to fit flight arrivals. The timetable runs to 25 October; check the winter one from 26 October with Best Arctic.
