Worth knowing
Weekdays bus 42 every 10 to 15 minutes from 05:33, half-hourly after 21:33, and bus 40 from 06:10; weekends from 05:49. Last 23:49 every night. Friday and Saturday nights add buses at about 02:00, 02:16, 03:00 and 03:12.
No cash on board: pay by contactless Visa or Mastercard, in the Svipper app, or at the ticket machine at the stop. A BankAxept-only card is refused.
Buses 24 and 26 from the same stop also reach the centre, by longer routes through the suburbs.
On weekday middays and evenings the single is NOK 30, not NOK 50.
