A flat per-ride price set by the City, from a certificate: RSD 2,700 for Novi Beograd and outer Zemun/Surčin; RSD 3,500 for Stari grad, Vračar, Savski venac (to Crnotravska and Velisava Vulovića streets), inner Palilula, Zvezdara, Voždovac and Čukarica, and Batajnica, Jakovo and Dobanovci; RSD 4,300, 5,800, 8,500 and 11,400 for the zones beyond. Luggage is included, up to four passengers per ride, and the driver must charge exactly the certificate price, with no night, Sunday or holiday surcharge. Without a certificate, the meter runs RSD 320 to start, 105/km by day (weekdays and Saturdays 06:00–22:00 in the central territory), 135 at night, Sundays and holidays, 210 outside that territory, and RSD 1,800 an hour waiting.

Worth knowing
The center is zone 2, RSD 3,500 — Not the cheapest zone. Zone 1 at RSD 2,700 is Novi Beograd. Republic Square, Terazije, Slavija, the old town and the main station are all in zone 2.
Four passengers at most, by the City's seat cap and the airport's rule; five people are two cars and RSD 7,000.
No authority states a taxi journey time. The 30 to 45 minutes here are the airport's own figure for its express minibus over the same road and the City's scheduled time for it, not a taxi figure.
Between 02:30 and 04:30 it is the only thing that leaves, at the same RSD 3,500; the price does not change at night.
Complaints go to the City, not the airport: the Secretariat for Inspection, [email protected], or 11-0-11 from a local line.
