For Belgrade generally we recommend the Bus 72 to Zeleni venac. For Slavija the answer changes.

The A1 minibus stops here (Kralja Milutina street): RSD 400 cash, 45 minutes via Savski trg, every 15 minutes from 06:45 to 19:45, then 21:15, 22:45 and 00:15 only. This area is in the taxi's RSD 3,500 zone. For a free ride, take the 72 to Zeleni venac and walk or change — no free bus serves Slavija directly.
