The 120-minute ticket: PLN 7 on paper from a machine or kiosk, PLN 6.60 in the Transport GZM app or from the validator with a card. Cheapest is to tap a contactless bank card on the validator boarding and again alighting: PLN 5.70 for a ride of 41 to 60 minutes by the timetable; skip the second tap and it is PLN 6.60.
