This is the thinner of the two cheap routes: every 30 to 45 minutes on weekdays, hourly at weekends from mid-morning, and finished by 22:16 from the airport on weekdays and 21:41 at weekends.

The bus wanders through Pusignan for 25 to 28 minutes before Meyzieu ZI; the T3 then takes 29 minutes to Part-Dieu, every 5 to 9 minutes at peak and every 15 in the evening. Allow an hour and a quarter door to door.

It only reaches Part-Dieu. For Bellecour or Perrache take the C200 to La Soie and Métro A instead; the T3 passes La Soie too, but the C200 gets there sooner.

Bus 47 was renumbered 248 on 31 August 2026; the stop names are unchanged and the airport's own page already calls it the 248. Old maps and two of the airport's pages still say 47.

Validate twice: on the bus and on the tram, inside an hour of the first tap. With the bus at 28 minutes and a tram every few minutes, it is comfortable.
