EUR 10 on most departures; a few carry a limited "Lower fare" of EUR 4 — early-morning coaches from Terminal 1, late-evening ones from Milan. Children 5 to 12 pay EUR 5, or EUR 4 on a lower-fare coach, and under-5s travel free.
Travelling as three or four?
A private car to your door: €154 for four
Four pay from €16 on the Terravision coach. The car meets you in arrivals and takes you to any address in Milan in about 45–90 min, at a price fixed when you book ahead with Welcome Pickups.

Worth knowing
From Terminal 1 at 05:10, 06:10 and 07:10, then every 30 minutes until 01:10. Nothing leaves between 01:10 and 05:10.
Terravision still lists a Terminal 2 stop ten minutes later, but the airport says every coach to Milano Centrale now leaves from Terminal 1, level -1, even if you land at Terminal 2 — board there.
The timetable allows 50 minutes from Terminal 1. It is a road journey down the A8, so allow more at busy hours.
