It only exists between 00:12 and 04:42. Outside those hours there is no N143, and the RER B (04:50 to 23:50) is what runs instead.

There is no night gap at this airport: the last N143 leaves Terminal 2 at 04:42 and the first RER B at 04:50. The longest wait for anything to Paris, all night, is the 30-minute headway.

Do not board it with the EUR 14 airport ticket; that ticket is not valid on any bus. Buy a EUR 2.05 Bus-Tram ticket, or pay the driver EUR 2.50.

The N140 also runs, at 01:10, 02:10 and 03:10 from Terminal 2, for the same EUR 2.05 — and takes 84 minutes by way of Sevran, Aulnay and Pantin. Take the N143.

On works evenings when the RER B stops at 22:49, the RER B replacement bus (22:40 to 00:10 from Roissypôle) fills the hour before the first N143.

It stops at Terminal 1 on the way out of the airport, which the 9517 and the 351 do not.

The EUR 14 airport ticket is not valid on it.
