It only exists between 00:12 and 04:42. Outside those hours there is no N143, and the RER B (04:50 to 23:50) is what runs instead.
There is no night gap at this airport: the last N143 leaves Terminal 2 at 04:42 and the first RER B at 04:50. The longest wait for anything to Paris, all night, is the 30-minute headway.
Do not board it with the EUR 14 airport ticket; that ticket is not valid on any bus. Buy a EUR 2.05 Bus-Tram ticket, or pay the driver EUR 2.50.
The N140 also runs, at 01:10, 02:10 and 03:10 from Terminal 2, for the same EUR 2.05 — and takes 84 minutes by way of Sevran, Aulnay and Pantin. Take the N143.
On works evenings when the RER B stops at 22:49, the RER B replacement bus (22:40 to 00:10 from Roissypôle) fills the hour before the first N143.

From five people the taxi is cheapest to the right bank: EUR 61.50 against EUR 70 on the RER B, EUR 78 for eight against EUR 112. An ordinary taxi seats four, so book a larger one for five or more; the booking fee still leaves it ahead.
To the left bank (EUR 65 flat), five people pay EUR 70.50 by taxi against EUR 70 by train — the taxi wins from six. The boundary is the river: 1st–4th, 8th–12th and 16th–20th arrondissements are right bank; 5th–7th and 13th–15th are left.
It is the same price at 03:00 as at noon. The arrêté has no night, Sunday or holiday variant for the flat fare, whatever the meter's tariff letter says.
Ask for a stop or a detour on the way and the flat fare no longer applies; the meter does. Waiting you request is charged on top.
No authority publishes a taxi journey time; 45 minutes is a working estimate, based on the N143 night bus's 42-minute timetabled run on the same road with no traffic. Allow more than an hour at peak.
Any Paris taxi must apply this fare, and the ranks are the place to find one. A driver quoting more than EUR 56 to a right-bank address for four people with bags is wrong.
