Monday to Friday from 04:21, every 10 minutes by day and every 15 in the evening; Saturday and Sunday from 04:50, half-hourly until about 06:30. The last leaves at 00:06 every night.
Weekday mornings it is the first way into town, from 04:21, before the first S-Bahn at 05:08.
On 24–25 October and 31 October–1 November 2026 the U6 runs only from the airport to Weinsteige; replacement buses cover Degerloch Albstraße to Bopser.
