Worth knowing
Rhônexpress departs the airport daily: 05:00, 05:30, 06:00, 06:15, 06:30, 06:45, 07:00, 07:20, then every 15 minutes from 07:37 to 21:07, then 21:30, 22:00, 22:30, 23:00, 23:30 and 00:00 — 69 departures, each 29 minutes to Part-Dieu, running every day of the year. Delayed flights due before 23:00 get extra departures, sometimes by coach.
It is EUR 16.30 whichever station you get off at. From the airport you may alight at Meyzieu ZI, La Soie or Part-Dieu for the same fare; toward the airport you may board at any of the three.
The ticket buys nothing on TCL. Métro, tram and bus onward need a separate EUR 2.10 ticket, which the agent on board sells.
For Bellecour, Vieux Lyon or Perrache, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie after 21 minutes and take Métro A; Rhônexpress's own advice, and under 45 minutes in its words.
Under-12s are free with an adult, and the agent may ask for proof of age. From the twelfth birthday it is EUR 10.70.
The same authority runs a EUR 2.10 way in on the same rails; see the C200 and 248 routes below. This one is worth its price when the half hour matters.
Where it takes you

- PerracheThe southern station on the Presqu'île, terminus of Métro A, for Confluence and trains toward Saint-Étienne and the south.
