Worth knowing

The RE80 leaves Milano Centrale at 43 minutes past every hour, from 05:43 to 22:43, every day of the week. The first M4 from Linate (05:40, 06:00 on Sundays) reaches Centrale after the 05:43, so the first train you can make is the 06:43; the 22:10 M4 is the last that leaves time for the change to the 22:43.

The RE80 leaves Milano Centrale once an hour, at 43 minutes past. The 61 minutes counts the rides only: the change at Sforza-Policlinico and the wait for the next :43 come on top.

The RE80 runs on through Como San Giovanni to Chiasso, Lugano and Locarno; get off at Como San Giovanni, the station the coach from Malpensa also uses.
