There is no timetable from the airport: the coach leaves 30 to 60 minutes after each flight lands, whatever the hour, and a delayed flight keeps your ticket valid for the next coach.

Flybus+ adds the hotel shuttle for ISK 1,300 more. BSÍ is about ten minutes on foot from Hallgrímskirkja, so for the centre the plain ticket is often enough.

This is the public-transport answer on any weekend and on most weekday buses: the 55 ends at Fjörður bus station and bus 1 continues from the same station to the centre in about 27 minutes.

The connection is timed — eight to eleven minutes at Fjörður on every trip — so the 84 minutes hold; the last 55 of the day (22:54) meets the 23:51 bus 1.
